Hi, I'm Jason
A Little About Me:
Several years ago I was, as usual, interested in losing weight and had heard about low carb dieting.
I read a couple small hints to make it more appealing, like making sure you don't go hungry, and keep the low carb foods you love easily accessible! Well this was very helpful. And what happened next??? It worked!!!
So for the last 20 years or so I have learned a great deal about the low carb diet and it's benefits...and there are many.
My dedication to the diet has fluctuated quite a bit, just like my weight (between 180 and 210) over the years.
Most of my life I have been a little overweight .......until now. What's different? I'm battling cancer now so my health is, as it always should have been, at the top of the list. I'm confident I'll win this battle :)
I have now added fasting to my list of interests (as fun as it isn't). There may be a mention of fasting a time or two here and there. I have learned that fasting is very tough on cancer cells, especially during treatment (chemo or immunotherapy).
I'm Banking That Cancer Cells Also Hate Ketosis!!!
